I love the ocean and snorkeling is a natural way for me to explore it, straight from the shore. After a trip to Hawaii, I could not stand the thought of waiting for another trip to snorkel again. Then it hit me: What of you can do the same thing in Southern California?
 

Since then, I have been enjoying the amazing underwater world along the California coast, amidst the kelp forests and surf perch schools. There are some amazing beaches and cove with fantastic snorkeling in this region, each with there own unique challenges and adventures.
